I did the week free...Responding to "test yourself".<br />I did the week free trial and loved it. <br />Now I'm committed to the workout the month of January. I won't be able to workout in February because I made a previous commitment. I will however be back to workout after February, as soon as I am free. I recently ran 1 1/4 miles.
