Programs

*Sport Conditioning Program*

This is a 2-3 day a week 1-1 ½ hr training session for high school and college athletes only. This program is for the athletes who are looking to make it to the next level: Varsity, All Conference, All State, College Starter, AFL/NFL… No weekend warriors or noncompetitive athletes allowed.

This is not your average weight room S&C program, this “Underground, Renegade, Dinosaur” style training. We utilize ropes, sleds, chains, bands, sandbags, body weight training, Olympic lifting, Strongman training… This program will make you bigger, stronger and more athletic, the kind of athlete that is noticed by coaches and is feared by competitors.

The other guys are doing the same old camps, weight room routines and conditioning programs; if you want to be a standout athlete and get to the next level, you need to do something different then your competition.

You want to be a stronger, faster and more powerful athlete. Take the next step.

TAKE ACTION!!!

Space is limited, we only accept 15 athletes per training session to ensure the best quality of training.

*Team/Athlete Conditioning*

Much like our Sport Conditioning but with one small difference…you train with your team or like-minded athletes.

A team may book the entire facility / session exclusively for their team at a special rate and book these sessions as their schedule permits. Team Sessions are booked outside regular business hours later in the evening, in the afternoons or on weekends.

The session will follow the same outline as the Sport Conditioning sessions but additional instructors may be added to assist in order to keep the athlete to coach ratio to a minimum.
If you want to be a stronger, faster and more powerful athlete the next step is to TAKE ACTION and contact us. Space is limited, we only accept 10 athletes per training session to ensure the best quality of training (if not training as a team).

*Personal Training*

A PersonalTraining session would incorporate the same basic elements as the Sport Conditioning with the benefit of individual attention and intensities conducive to your fitness / skill level.

This is a great option for individuals or small groups that simply are not ready to participate in a group session due to low levels of fitness or for individuals who require more attention or a specific program.

Some people may be required to work individually with an instructor to gain a base level of strength, adaptation to physical activity, flexibility and knowledge of the movements before they are able to safely participate in a group class.

This will be assessed during the participant’s INITIAL SESSION and will be discussed with the individual or the individual’s parents prior to registering. Do not let this stop you. Instead, use the group sessions as a goal to work towards.

Our Personal Training program is special to you and your needs. We are not “pinsetters” with copycat routines; we design and work with you based on your goals and our training style. You will be motivated, challenged and work hard each time you come in. We are here to give you guidance on nutrition, goals, lifestyle changes, workouts on your own and whatever you require to get you to where you want to be.

This option is best for:

-Special needs (physical, post rehab)

-Those that need extra work or motivation

-Those that want or require more personal attention

-Help reaching a specific goal (fat lose, add muscle…)

-Training for a specific event (fight, race, tryout, MIL selection course…)

Personal Training Rates (rates are per person)

$60.00 per 1 hr session (1 person)

$55.00 per 1 hr session (2 people)

$50.00 per 1hr session (3 people)

*Women's Only CrossFit*

Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-7:30 pm.

CrossFit Misconception #1: "You have to be in great shape to start doing CrossFit"

Is This Right for Me?

The best part about CrossFit is that every workout we use Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, Performed at a High Intensity.

However, everything is scaled to your specific performance level! This means that no matter what kind of "shape" you're in you can benefit from what we have to offer.

Stop Wasting Time and Money

All fitness levels are invited to join although we do ask that you have an open mind and be ready to work. CrossFit will lower body fat, gain lean muscle, and change your overall perspective on how women should be working out in order to be healthy.

Make it your goal to be as fit as you can be quantitatively and performance based rather than judging your fitness solely by the weight scale.

*Corporate Wellness Program*

Did you know that 70% of healthcare costs in the United States are preventable? According to the American Heart Association, we lose $32 BILLION a year because of premature illness associated with cardiovascular diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity.

What does this mean for your business?

Company benefits for providing a wellness program include: lower healthcare costs, reduced absenteeism and greater productivity and morale. Returns on investment include double-digit decreases in sick leave, hospital admissions, disability days and per capita workers compensation costs.

In fact, 86% of companies with more than 50 employees offer a wellness program, and 31% of employers offering disease management programs reported a positive return on investment.

A solution:
Employees spend approximately 36% of their total waking hours at work. This makes the worksite an ideal place to provide workers with the knowledge and skills needed to help improve attitudes and behaviors concerning health. Improving employee health can:

• Improve physical fitness and mental alertness

• Boost employee morale

• Possibly reduce absenteeism

Healthy eating and regular physical activity help people to stay in shape, feel good, and avoid developing risk factors that can lead to heart disease, stroke, cancer, and diabetes.

Providing a means for your employees to exercise, you will have a happier, healthier and a more productive work force/team. This can be accomplishes in two ways.

1. Providing a after work exercise program (We come to you)

2. Offering a membership that allows the employee to attend on their own, but with accountability. (They come to us)

Cardiovascular disease, stroke, cancer, and diabetes are all linked by common risk factors, behaviors and/or health habits associated with physical inactivity and poor nutrition.

Obesity has reached epidemic proportions in the United States.

Every year, U.S. businesses spend billions of dollars on the health care of their employees for diseases that are impacted by obesity and inactivity such as heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes.

Longer work weeks, fast-paced lifestyles, family commitments, as well as other reasons, are driving Americans to eat more on the go than ever before. For employers, poor employee health leads to lower productivity, lower morale, and higher insurance claims.

Let’s do something about it

We have various plans and programs to assist with your companies need.
