Responding to "test yourself".
I did the week free trial and loved it.
Now I'm committed to the workout the month of January. I won't be able to workout in February because I made a previous commitment. I will however be back to workout after February, as soon as I am free. I recently ran 1 1/4 miles. I could not run a block before joining crossfit.
