Garth, Matt and Chandra having a moment.This coming Saturday we will be having our first annual CrossFit Spokane Christmas party. It will be from 5 pm till when ever people leave. This would be a good time to bring your friends, family and kids and show them where you go to train as well as meet the people you know from the board ,but have never met. We will be doing this Pot Luck style, so bring some food to share with all. We are wine lovers, so bring a bottle of your favorite wine or beverage to enjoy.
